Holiday Inn

Review and refurbishment of the restaurant within the esteemed Holiday Inn, Aberdeen West.

Having worked on the Hotel design in 2006, Gail Thomson was invited to provide new designs for the fine dining restaurant by harnessing a new operational style and review of its brand identity.

The development is currently ongoing and is set to offer an exciting new direction for the restaurant.
